As per the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return any items or cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please be aware that any free promotional items you received with a purchased item must also be returned.
Returns Process
Simply complete the returns slip that’s provided in the parcel we delivered to you, then apply the Create Royal Mail Label to the front of the parcel and drop off at your nearest Post Office.
If you didn't receive a returns slip, please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return. You can find the details in the email we sent when we shipped your order.
Alternatively, you can create a new trackable label through Royal Mail’s Online Returns Portal.
Make sure to keep your postage receipt as proof, since the items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Please note: a £3.00 returns charge will be deducted from your refund if you use our Royal Mail returns label. Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days after your return is posted. During busy periods (November to January), please allow up to 10 days before contacting us as delays may occur.
We can only process refunds for items that are clean, unworn, with all tags still attached, and in resellable condition. If your items are returned in unsatisfactory condition and do not meet refund criteria, we’ll send them back to you, but an additional £3.99 shipping charge will apply. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment.
If Royal Mail doesn’t accept your parcel due to size or weight restrictions, reach out to our Customer Experience team for assistance.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for a full refund, and the £3 returns fee will not be deducted.

Refunds
If the items are returned in their original condition, we will issue a full refund once we receive the returned products. The refund will be minus the original delivery charge and any return label fees, if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days using the original payment method. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account due to their processing times.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges on returned items. Once we receive the returned goods, a full refund will be issued, minus the original delivery charge. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please place a new order on our website.

Can I return items bought on sale or with a discount?
Yes, items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are subject to the same return policy, unless there are specific restrictions for returns on those items.
Could my return be refused?
Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed, or if the item has been worn (except for trying it on). If the original packaging is missing, we may not be able to process the return.
What if I ordered the wrong size, color, or style? Can I change my order?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your order, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return the wrong item for a refund and place a new order for the correct one.
How do I return an item internationally?
At the moment, we only provide prepaid returns labels to UK customers. For international returns, you will need to package the item(s) and send them to our UK returns address using the courier of your choice.
